If you’re an employer or manager, encourage your workers and volunteers to renew up to 3 months before their RWVP expires. Being proactive means they’ll keep their RWVP active — and you’ll avoid disruptions to your business operations.
Here are resources that make it easy for you to communicate why renewing early is in everyone’s best interests.
Communications packs
We’ve done the hard work for you and written the information you can use to encourage your workers and volunteers to renew their RWVP early. These communications packs include:
- talking points for staff/workgroup meetings
- a news article for regular staff emails and newsletters, and website/intranet
- messages to include on your payslips/pay advice
- social media posts.
