Encourage your workers and volunteers to renew their RWVP early
Do your workers or volunteers need to renew their RWVP?
Right now, thousands of workers and volunteers need to renew their RWVP. These high volumes mean it may take longer than the usual 6 weeks for renewals to be processed. Leaving their renewal to the last minute means workers and volunteers run the risk their RWVP may expire.
Employers, managers and volunteer organisations play an important role! Encourage your workers and volunteers to renew up to 3 months before their RWVP expires. Being proactive means they’ll keep their RWVP active — and you’ll avoid disruptions to your business operations.
You can use the RWVP Employer Portal to see when your workers’ RWVPs expire, so you can encourage them renew early.
You can find posters, videos, and other resources (like the banner on this page) that make it easy for you to communicate why renewing early is in everyone’s best interests. Find these at our renewals resources page.
