Take advantage and renew your RWVP early
Do you need to renew your RWVP? If you do, then jump the queue and renew early — up to 3 months before it expires.
Why should you renew early?
Right now, thousands of workers and volunteers in Tasmania need to renew their RWVP. These high volumes mean it may take longer than the usual 6 weeks for your renewal to be processed.
Therefore leaving your renewal to the last minute means you run the risk of your RWVP expiring.
- Check your RWVP card to see when it expires.
- Make sure you have current proof of identity documents.
- Jump onto My RWVP and renew early!
You can renew your RWVP up to 3 months before it expires. Your renewed RWVP will take effect from the date your current RWVP expires.
You will get reminders by email and/or text – so when you get your reminder don’t delay!
