If you would like to replace your registration card, you can order a new one through MyRWVP.
You will need:
- your registration number
- last name
- date of birth
- your phone or email address to receive a security code.
You can pay the replacement fee online by credit card. If you do not want to pay the fee online or you would like a new photo, visit a Service Tasmania service centre. A new card will be posted to you within 21 days of receiving payment.
If you have changed your name, you must update your details in MyRWVP before ordering a new card.
