The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check is a way to ensure that people who work with NDIS participants do not present an unacceptable risk to participants.
Workers in risk-assessed roles for registered NDIS providers must have an NDIS Check clearance. This includes workers, volunteers, work experience students, and self-employed registered providers. Key personnel such as CEOs also need a NDIS Worker Check. See the NDIS website for more information.
