- Community Correction Orders
  A Community Correction Order allows an individual to remain in the community while serving their sentence.

A Court report provides background information on an offender, including personal history and circumstances such as living arrangements, education and employment status, family background, health condition, finances and commitments. A Court report allows the court to make an informed decision on the sentence.

Community Correction Order Supervision

An offender may be ordered to attend supervision by a Community Corrections Order to assist them to address the factors that led to their offending behaviour.

Breach of Community Correction Order

If an offender fails to comply with the conditions of their order they can be returned to court, where the Magistrate or Judge may reconsider the original sentence.
