- Orders
- Community Correction Orders
  A Community Correction Order allows an individual to remain in the community while serving their sentence.
- Home Detention
  Home Detention Orders require an offender to be at a specified premise, during specified times and to comply with strict conditions, including electronic monitoring.
- Community Service
  Community service involves unpaid work under the direction of a Probation Officer or a Community Service Supervisor. Community service may be required in sentencing or for unpaid infringment fines.
- Court Mandated Diversion and Drug Treatment Orders
  A Court Mandated Diversion is a sentencing option that diverts eligible offenders into treatment for their drug use.
- Parole Orders
  A Parole Order allows a prisoner to serve part of their sentence in the community under strict conditions monitored by their Probation Officer.
- Programs
- EQUIPS Programs
  The Explore, Question, Understand, Investigate, Practice, Succeed (EQUIPS) programs help medium to high risk offenders with a history of addiction, aggression, and domestic abuse.
- Family Violence Offender Intervention
  The Family Violence Offender Intervention Program (FVOIP) is for people with a history of family violence offences.
- Sober Driver Program
  The Sober Driver Program is designed for repeat drink driving offenders.
