      A Community Correction Order allows an individual to remain in the community while serving their sentence.

    • Home Detention

      Home Detention Orders require an offender to be at a specified premise, during specified times and to comply with strict conditions, including electronic monitoring.

    • Community Service

      Community service involves unpaid work under the direction of a Probation Officer or a Community Service Supervisor. Community service may be required in sentencing or for unpaid infringment fines.

    • Court Mandated Diversion and Drug Treatment Orders

      A Court Mandated Diversion is a sentencing option that diverts eligible offenders into treatment for their drug use.
