    The purpose of this policy is to set out a framework for Department of Justice (DoJ) employees and other relevant persons to identify, disclose, manage and monitor conflicts of interest in a transparent way.

    The Tasmanian Department of Justice is committed to the Tasmanian Government's Disability Framework for Action 2005 - 2010, a whole-of-government approach to policy and planning, service delivery and evaluation that seeks to remove barriers and enable people with disability to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as other Tasmanians.

  • Work Health and Safety Management System Manual
    This WHSMS Manual defines the Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) at the Department of Justice (DoJ). It outlines the core elements required by the Department's Work Health and Safety Management System. The Manual details the responsibilities and accountabilities together with links to the appropriate procedures, forms, and processes that form the Department's WHSMS to provide a consistent approach to work health and safety within the Department.
  • Work Health and Safety Policy
    The Work Health and Safety Policy covers all state servants and statutory and judicial office holders employed by the Department as well as contractors, visitors to departmental workplaces, inmates managed by the Tasmania Prison Service and people undertaking Community Service Orders.
