The LGBTIQ+ Action Plan (the Plan) provides a framework for the Department of Justice to progress a range of issues and initiatives identified as priorities by the LGBTIQ+ community.
The Plan has been developed by the Department’s LGBTIQ+ Reference Group, which brings together representatives from both the community and Departmental staff, and informed by consultation with a wide range of stakeholders.
The Plan sets out a number of specific activities, spanning a range of areas including data analysis, policies and communications, workforce and community engagement and legislation, that will be progressed over the next three years.
