Temporary Visitor Application Form

1. Complete all the questions - incomplete applications will not be processed.
2. Ex-prisoners require written approval from the Superintendent, Security and Intelligence Unit to visit. Unless exceptional circumstances exist, approval will not be given within 12 months of release.
3. A person who wishes to enter or has entered a prison as a visitor and who knowingly gives a correctional officer or State Service corrections officer information that is false or misleading is guilty of an offence under Section 18(5) of the Corrections Act 1997.

Please note: only approved visitors may post or drop in prisoner property. A Request for Property form must be completed by the prisoner and approved prior to property being delivered.
