The following information will help you to understand what you can expect at court.
It is for use by victims and witnesses of family violence or other offences who may need to attend court.
As part of the Victims Support Services with the Department of Justice, the Court Support and Liaison Service is funded by the Safe at Home program.
Safe at Home is the Tasmanian Government’s response to family violence. Safe at Home is a pro-arrest, pro-prosecution response to family violence that involves a range of services working together to protect and support victims of family violence, including young people and children, while making offenders responsible for their behaviour.
