How to register

In order to be included on the victims register, you will need to fill out an application form, and lodge it with Victims Support Services.

There are several ways you can obtain an application form:

• collect one from Victims Support Services
• telephone, email us or write to us, and we will send you an application form in the mail
• download the application form from this website.  You will need to print the form, fill it out by hand, then return it to Victims Support Services.  

Make sure you include all your contact details and sign the form.
