Parole Board Decision

In the matter of the Corrections Act 1997

and

In the matter of an Application for Parole by Neville Roy Arnol

11 March 2005

Reason for Decision

Given Orally

Mr Arnol, you were paroled on the 5th January 2004 in July 2004 your parole was suspended and then your parole was revoked in November.

The Board has considered your application for parole and we are going to grant you parole as from the 20th April 2005 for the same reasons that we gave you parole back in January 2004.

We hope that you have learnt from your fairly long period of incarceration as a result of those breaches and that you do not re-offend. If you do re-offend you will be back in here and to be honest it is high unlikely that the Board would favourably consider granting you parole again.

You realise the time that you have on parole, if you breach your parole, that is dead time, so if you go right through until 2006 or 2007 and you breach your parole then you have got to serve all that time.
