Community Corrections supervises individuals who are sentenced to a Community Correction Order.
This sentence enables an individual to remain in the community while serving their sentence.
An order is made for a set period of time.
During this time, an individual must report regularly to an assigned Probation Officer.
They may also be given a compulsory condition to participate in unpaid community work and/or to attend a medical or psychological assessment and treatment plan.
