The Legal Profession Act 2007

The Legal Profession Act 2007 (the Act) received Royal Assent on 15 August 2007.  The Act commenced at the end of December 2008.  Copies of the Act and Regulations made under the Act are available online at www.thelaw.tas.gov.au or in hard copy form from Printing and Allied Technology.
