A Registration to Work with Vulnerable People is valid for three years.
Reapplication reminder notices will be sent via email or SMS prior to the expiry date.
You can review or update your email or mobile phone contact details at any time using the online My Registration page. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are up to date.
To reapply, you need to visit the My Registration Page to complete an online form and pay the reapplication fee. A new photo is optional. If you would like a new photo taken, visit any Service Tasmania shop before your application will be processed.
Your reapplication will not be processed until you have completed the online form and paid the fee.
To remain registered, you must ensure that you reapply at least six weeks before your expiry date. If your information has changed (e.g. change in relevant criminal history), your application may take longer than six weeks to process. Please apply early.
If your registration has expired, you can still reapply following the process above. Your registration period will start from when you are re-registered.
It is an offence to work or volunteer in a child-related activity without a current registration.
