A CO's role is diverse and the training follows the same path. Both uniformed and non-uniformed staff receive the benefits of the TPS commitment to ongoing professional development.
CO's receive training in fire management, breathing apparatus and first aid. As well as hands on training there is also professional development in the areas stress management, case management, conflict resolution and more.
