Papaver Somniferum is grown in paddocks or on properties, the perimeters of which are entirely fenced in accordance with the Boundary Fences Act 1908.
The minimum roadside fencing requirements (this includes farm lane ways or tracks to which public have access) are as follows:
Fence posts must be reasonably spaced. Split posts or star steel posts with wires that must be correctly tensioned.
