Review of the Complaints Handling and Dispute Resolution Provisions of the Anti-Discrimination Act 2008 - Final Report - Recommended Position Paper
The Purpose of the Review was to:
-
examine the complaints handling and dispute resolution provisions of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998; and
-
make recommendations for legislative change to support fair, flexible and efficient investigation, conciliation and inquiry processes.
The Final Report was tabled in the House of Assembly on 13 October 2009.
