There may be additional obligations, which will be explained to the offender by the court or the CDO after they have been bailed or sentenced to the program.
An offender can withdraw their consent to participate in the Bail Diversion program or the Drug Treatment Order program at any time, but the offender must tell the Court of the decision to withdraw their consent.
An offender cannot decide to withdraw from the program if they are undergoing treatment as a condition of another type of order made by the Court.
