A probation officer will organise a project site for the offender to attend and every effort is made to place them at a suitable work site.
A supervisor will make regular visits to project sites to check on attendance and behaviour, and liaise with individuals and organisations about their needs.
If a person fails to comply with the conditions of the order they can be issued with a warning and the offender can be returned to court.
