Deed of Relationship Certificate

Once the 28 day period has lapsed after lodging your Application to Register a Deed of Relationship, you can apply for a copy of the certificate by:

• submitting an Application for Search of Deed of Relationship form to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

• paying the prescribed fee
• providing appropriate identification

Revocation of Deed of Relationship Certificate

Once the 90 day period has lapsed after lodging your Application to Revoke a Registered Deed of Relationship, you can apply for a copy of the Certificate noting revocation by:

• submitting an Application for Search of a Registered Deed of Relationship form to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

• paying the prescribed fee
• providing appropriate identification
