Deed of Relationship Certificate
Once the 28 day period has lapsed after lodging your Application to Register a Deed of Relationship, you can apply for a copy of the certificate by:
- submitting an Application for Search of Deed of Relationship form to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

- providing appropriate identification

Decorative Relationship Certificates - Now Available!
The Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages have developed two certificates which are designed to express the special meaning attached to such relationships.
These two decorative certificates, are now available from the Registry at a cost of $19.20.

Revocation of Deed of Relationship Certificate
Once the 90 day period has lapsed after lodging your Application to Revoke a Registered Deed of Relationship, you can apply for a copy of the Certificate noting revocation by:
- submitting an Application for Search of a Registered Deed of Relationship form to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

- providing appropriate identification
