Deaths
It is a legal requirement for deaths in Tasmania to be registered.
If you wish to apply for a certificate, there are 2 types available:
Standard Death Certificate
- Contains all details of the deceased person.
Extract of Death
- Contains name, sex and, date and place death of only.
