Deed poll searches (pre-2000)
The Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages no longer registers a Deed Poll of Change of Name. This took effect from the 1st of November 2000.
Certified copies of a Deed Poll of Change of Name registered prior to this date can still be obtained from the Registry Office by:
- filling out an application form

- providing appropriate identification
